Negotiation Coaching

Whether you are an individual negotiating a personal matter or managing a complex negotiation for a company or organization, we can help you be better prepared for the negotiation and more confident during its progress. We have helped people get better results negotiating and be less stressed and more satisfied with the process.

We set up confidential meeting or telephone meeting times with you during which we discuss your negotiation dilemmas and alternative approaches for managing them. We help you assess your interests and the interests of the other parties, evaluate your alternatives should this negotiation fall through, and think of options for resolution that would meet your interests and those of the other side. We also help you improve your communication and relationship with the other side, help you assess the legitimacy of offers they make to you and enhance your ability to build commitments that are clear and enduring.

Moshe Cohen, President of The Negotiating Table, has been mediating disputes, teaching teaching negotiation, and coaching people in their negotiations since 1996. He currently teaches Negotiation in the MBA program at Boston University and is a frequent guest speaker at conferences, business meetings, and professional associations. He has also written a great deal on these subjects, and publishes a regular column in the Boston Business Journal.
