Conflict Resolution:

Meeting Facilitation

Meetings, especially those dealing with controversial topics or involving many stakeholders with diverse points of view, can be very frustrating and unproductive. Professional facilitation provides structure and processes that focus a group's efforts, facilitate communication among participants, improve a group's ability to make collective decisions, and dramatically increase the chances that the meeting will meet its objectives.

What do facilitator's do?

As meeting facilitators we provide a number of services which we tailor to your needs. These services can include:

You the meeting owner can choose to co-facilitate the meeting with the neutral facilitator, to have the facilitator manage the meeting with you in the role of participant, or to have the facilitator manage the meeting in your absence.
